So, I mean, like if you just dress tomatoes, cut them in half, dress them with a little bit of olive oil, salt, maybe pop some garlic, some thyme.
Pop them in the oven.
Let that flavor concentrate.
Let the water get out of them.
You're basically making semi-sun dried tomatoes and you can use them in anything.
You can use them in dips.
You can use them in pastas.
You can throw them into a lasagna if you're making it that way.
