I made a tomato and shallot tart tatin recently, which was delicious, with just a little bit of goat's cheese over the top.
I think, you know, it's one of those things that if you want to become better at cooking, like just learning to just treat seasonal ingredients that little bit better is the way to do it.
It's made by an Irish couple in Tuscany, Laura and Ed Miller.
