Defense is experience.
Like a lot of it is you got to know that half a second that he misses is

But in the modern game, athleticism is up there.
But probably the most important thing an NBA player will ever have is confidence.
That is the actual thing.
And...
Life for a player who gets, who's literally raised, I'm talking four to five years of raising, getting yanked out, like mistakes cost you, right?
It creates, that's your ideology now.
That's your psychology as a basketball player.
That's a massive difference from somebody who,
who gets to make every mistake, and it doesn't cost you.
So you're building confidence.
He's never been able to build that.
So he plays.
When you talk to his teammates, he's a guy who gets down on himself.
