And, and I think that, you know, this was something that they didn't feel like at the time that the police, this was before Dan came on and before I started making it and they did not feel like they were getting any attention from, from the Austin, the APD.

I mean, in defense of the APD, it had been over 30 years.

So, you know, it's a cold case.

There's a lot of,

lot less cold cases.

So, you know, but I think that, you know, you're going to advocate for your family and, and solving an unsolved pain in your family.

And I think that's what Angie was trying to do.

There's two sides to it.

Sometimes these like amateur sleuths, like really, they, they find things and other times I think it's, it looks like preying on people who are just desperate for answers.

Right.

Like who you can trust.

And like, it's just so emotional.

And yeah, I would never, I would never, I mean, it's such a gray zone because you do see these cases of when these amateur sleuths find things.

I know that there were definite times when like we were speaking to Sheila, that's the name.

And, and I think the investigators were like, do not talk to her.

Like, they're definitely like, they don't, you know, not always, sometimes they work with, with the PI people, but like a lot of the times the, the APD or I think any police department just wants to separate it.

So that was, it's been a minute, but that's kind of what I remember.
