So some people just can't come to terms with that.

Ultimately, those 11 jurors decided that the Commonwealth just didn't make its case.

We many, many people think how like you do, how could a loving mother do this to her three beautiful children?

There was never any abuse in the past.

So I think that's what the jury did is they weighed that and said, Well, the Commonwealth just hasn't made met its burden here.

But what happened with the one whole

When it all came down on Friday and the jurors sent the four persons sent a note in and said, Well, this one juror isn't able to follow the law.

At that point they were exhausted.

The judge has this note.

So what does the judge do?

Uh Reddington wanted the judge to actually specifically question that juror more.

And under the law, what Judge Sullivan did was take each one of them individually up to sidebar, ask whether they understood the instructions and whether they were able to

follow the law and they all said yes.

So his only choice there was to go go in, send them back to deliberate more.

And ultimately when he came back out and they said they they just couldn't come up with a verdict.

They were still deadlocked.

I was actually I I originally thought that that would be the case.

There were a number of women in my stream and friends of mine

who felt the same way as the men and from the very beginning they never changed their attitude.
