That was basically like the majority of the diet was tinned fish and rice.

I just had my first appointment with her about three weeks ago.

I, like, love an introductory doctor appointment.

And this was the best appointment.

It was an hour and a half.

We went through my history.

I talked to her about like how I'm feeling emotionally, how I'm feeling physically.

And then she came back to me with this incredible list of peptides I could try.

There was no pressure of being like.
