I mean, I would say it is Slack.

Recently, we used something called Full Story, which we thought was awesome, which is a way to see what your customers are doing on your site.

I like that too.

But I would say our number one tool that's really changed the game for us internally has been Slack.

During the week, I'd say five.

On the weekends, I'd say seven.

Yeah, I got two kiddos.

I've got a 10 year old and a five year old.

Yeah, that's awesome.

And one of them was born during the time that we started YAP.

Oh, wow.

So many things.

I would say I wish my 20-year-old self knew that you should take more risks, that life is about taking risks, and that's how you learn and that's how you grow.

And I wish I took more risks when I was 20.
