And I said, no.

And it was immediate.

And at that point, I knew my head and my body were disconnected.

And I always get upset now that I share this story.

But like in that moment, then my head, my head and my heart connected.

And then, you know, it was relief.

But I share that because that's a journey for possibly many.

Like there was a lot of people.

I don't know anybody's story.
