And I wish every young gallerist who are interested in that sort of a path to go through those steps because they are so formative and they're so important.
And so, yeah, my position and my job has evolved because now I have a team and they are really supporting the work that I do.
But you're interested as a gallerist, you're also interested in the younger generation and the younger artists.
And I think in my job today, I am a little more laid back, less fast and furious as I used to be, but a little more collaborative in the sense that I engage with, you know, with the team.
You know, I navigate in these three spaces where I have three homes and three, you know,
I feel very tripolar in engaging with these spaces.
But the evolution of the galleries that I have become is that I am more engaged with exhibition building than I used to.
And I'm able to sort of make those decisions and thinking forward in the next two, three years, what is it that we want to do?
And I think before it was more in the very short term, it was more like, you know, what am I going to do in three months or six months?
So now I think the time has stretched a little bit and I'm able to envision and create.
So I'm right now in this sort of a part where communicating with the artists, creating exhibition, building exhibitions, it's more like what I enjoy the most.
And I'm doing less of the technical, you know, aspect.
but I'm very nostalgic of those years you know when you have like you're by yourself and you you sort of have to make sense of what you're doing and the fact that you have to keep that motivation alive it is not because you have no one entering into the space or engaging with you or you don't have that particular artist that everything has to stop so you
You're doing the job, you're continuing to do the part and as long as the music is going, it's sort of a performing.
But I also would like to give opportunities to especially female art workers, the opportunity to come into the space and engage with the gallery because I'm quite singular in this domain in terms of the, you know, representation.
I unfortunately didn't have mentors or galleries that I could look up to.
