Literally, we're a week out.
I don't know.
We just had our doula, our first doula date.
What's a doula?
And just walks, like just stays with us until we're ready to go to the hospital.
Um, she's our advocate at the hospital for anything that I need and want and whatever Wesley needs and wants as well.
It's really, I'm really thankful.
We did a doula.
Because after going through just all the steps of birth and then also even postpartum too, I mean, she just did such a good job kind of walking us through, okay, here's the steps we want to take.
If it's a vaginal birth, if it's a C-section, it's different.
But she just walked us through kind of what to expect.
And I'm just so thankful that...
i i'm just glad we're doing this and she also was like hey this is your birth
And so if you don't like a nurse or you don't like a doctor, you can say, I don't like them.
And I will go over and I will say, hey, we don't want them anymore.
And that just really meant a lot to me because I'm feeling more empowered to know what to expect when it comes to birth.
And because birth can just be so terrifying for a female.
You know, you're literally a baby is coming through your vagina, which is very intense.
Or not, but it's still a surgery if you get a C-section.
You still have to get an epidural.
