And it's also a sort of platform where we try to connect like farmers who are retiring to young farmers who wants to become a farmer but don't have a family farm.
We try to do it.
And yeah, I think one of the most important things they're saying here is the same in the Netherlands.
It's trust and the whole getting ready for it.
That's really difficult because farmers are, you know, very attached to their family farm.
And getting someone else in there, it's difficult.
Same in the Netherlands, yeah.
The farmers are getting older.
We do have young people coming up and want to farm, but the margins are low.
It's very difficult to get in, especially in Erebol, where we need a lot of fields.
And so, yeah, we do see the same problems.
