My dream would be to have someone come on and work a school contract, maybe find another school contract and just kind of have somebody else do that job, phase myself out, and I can focus more on growing my own clients, my office clients, I call them.
So that's on the horizon.
And I think it's happening faster than maybe I had planned.

And even with a couple clients, you're gonna make that investment back very like faster than you think.
And I also on that note just want to encourage people, don't be afraid to set your rates, what is fair for you.
Because I know for me it was like, Oh, I feel bad charging this much.
Oh, I don't know.
Don't because think of what you're doing for people, for families, for whoever you're serving, and it's important work.
We undervalue ourselves a lot, I think, as helping provide.
