Colleges are really looking for students who can overcome adversity, who can face challenges and still
Find their path in the world and add value.
So the greater impact that kids can have.
Um, you know, whether it's in their community or with kids who are similar to them.
uh and make a difference learning for themselves, helping others.
That's what colleges are really ultimately looking for.
So the competition
It is tough these days, but there are so many you know, the other point that I want to say is there are so many
Fabulous schools out there.
that um you know what I also really encouraged kids to do is find the schools that are gonna be the perfect fit
for them where they're really gonna love it and and fit in and find people who are similar to them and and ultimately they're gonna
thrive more so in the world when they do that.
