And it's the same thing when you're doing a reading for somebody and whether or not you have a good connection.
And a lot of times...
It depends on the client, the person that you're doing the reading from.
If you have somebody who's very, very negative or extremely grief-stricken, they're emitting a lot of negativity, which actually acts as a barrier.
It's like – I like to use the analogy.
It's like when the Starship Enterprise raises its deflector shields, okay, where you get the people that sit there, go ahead, read me, read me.
I don't think you can read me.
Their arms are folded, and it's like –
Well, you're being so negative, you are creating a negative energy field which affects the ability to communicate.
So for the listeners who are interested in going for a psychic or mediumistic reading, the best thing to do is to be as relaxed as possible.
Don't do any recreational drugs or alcohol the night before because your brainwave frequency is crucial to spirits communicating and you drawing them in.
And if you're on prescription meds, I mean, don't go off them, you know, but maybe you want to scale back, especially if they're sedatives or mood stabilizers, because there's three, the dynamic in a reading is there's the medium, there's the client, and then there's the spirit or spirits who are trying to communicate.
And we want to make sure that all three are operating at, you know, peak efficiency.
