Yeah.
And I really admire your sort of bravery and like speaking up about that because it inspires so many people.
And it really helps with that acceptance piece.
And to start to see these qualities in us, you know, just over time when we start to get a relationship to our quirks.
And our hangups and our bits and bobs, like it's okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, and part of the therapeutic journey, it's like, yes, people do need help to take out the distress and the severity of some of these, what we might call symptoms or disorders or whatever.
But after we do this, it's really, it's coming to terms with just that that's part of our psyche.
And so, yeah, I really encourage people to take an approach to this
in their own sort of journey of not trying to get rid of these parts of ourselves or these aspects of ourselves, but just develop a relationship with them that is more about kind of like, yeah, internal respect and internal understanding and those sorts of qualities.
Yeah, yeah.
And it softens so much internally when we can take that kind of quality.
Yeah, I shared before about intense exercise.
So that's really important for me.
If I don't get that, I don't do so good.
So I've got to get that.
I said at the moment it's Brazilian jiu-jitsu, but it could be anything.
I've done other things, CrossFit and kickboxing and stuff in the past and even soccer and stuff like that.
As long as it's physical, it's really important.
And as you get older, that's challenging.
