I'm injured now.
I've got like a...
knee thing and I've got a you know some other stuff so that's that's an interesting journey it's hard to balance it is yeah I'm a loner by nature and I spend a lot of time introspectively and I'm an introvert and stuff but if I don't get a good dose of people
I suffer.
So friends are really important, family, colleagues, all that kind of stuff.
Sometimes I've got to dose up on those medicines.
I need to make an effort to do that.
I can get sort of very in my own world.
Yeah, I've got to really keep making an effort there, which I'm pretty good at, but I have to work at that.
You mentioned mindfulness and meditation to me before.
I spent a lot of years meditating in things formerly like the sitting meditation, but I do less of that now.
I'm more a meditator as I'm just in the world.
I really bring that meditative practice and experience more and more to my day-to-day, moment-to-moment experience.
I find that when I do that, I'm able just to relax the tension in my body, my breath, my nervous system, my thinking.
The more I can remember to come into like the moment now and release some of this tension, it's so important.
I'm very orientated to moving forward.
I'm always like looking for a project and doing things.
I can get very obsessed about stuff.
Which is great, but there's a lot of tension involved in that, you know, in this kind of chasing, pursuing stuff.
And so for me to remember to do that is super important.
