And I forget everything I've ever learned and I get into this stage of confusion and chaos and then I re-realize.
I don't.

The self-acceptance is the one thing that actually perseveres.
Which is everything else kind of falls over and stumbles.
But actually that is one thing that kind of sticks now.

I absolutely agree.
Yeah.
Every pattern can be worked with.
And again, we've got this mixture of kind of like changing, but also accepting.
So we're playing around with that.
But yeah, I mean, as it starts to sort of mature a bit, and I think people are maturing at a much younger rate.
So we're getting a lot of 20 year olds that come into our practice now with a lot of like nuance and knowledge and have looked at their attachment styles and stuff.
You know, people are coming pretty informed.
But there's so many ways to start to examine, soften and maybe gently start to transform how you relate to self and how you relate to others.
