I don't think that item 10 is the place to be debating this, because this is just a transfer in the budget.

But Mr. Nelson has raised a serious question.

I don't know if Broward County has a policy

on these cameras if it's up to the sheriff or the individuals.

Again, 99% of the county is incorporated, but I assume that a lot of the cameras would be going on our right of way.

I would ask that staff in the next 30, 45 days something get back to us with just what our policy is,

currently do we permit these do we leave them up to the cities and then authorize them to use our County right-of-way for their cameras it's a good issue that he's raised not an item 10 but I agree that it is an issue that the Commission should discuss so I'd like to hear from staff what our current
