And I think that's a great way to incentivize people.

And we could be able to recognize employees that go above and beyond and use, you know, if we want to give $1,000 extra to an employee that goes above and beyond or whatever we want to do,

I think it's only a positive thing.

So that's my item, is so that you as the commissioner will have the determination of, hey, this employee went above and beyond, and it's your office budget.

You can give it to your staff, or you can give it to somebody outside the staff to show that they went above and beyond for whatever reason.

Yeah, I mean, I love the idea of recognizing employees because we have some of the best.

I don't think, I mean, how many employees do we have total?

Almost 7,000.

So I'm not going to be in contact with all 7,000.

That's just the reality of it.

So a lot of people are going to be left out.

I'm afraid there may be a little resentment factor.

How would they even know, though?

Because they're going to be seeing somebody being recognized, and they're not.

And I'm not talking about recognizing publicly.

I'm just saying we allocate.

So if I want to give a $500 bonus and sell it to my staff sitting behind me, I want to give it to Lenny or somebody that is going above and beyond to help constituents in the field.
