We obtained the recorded 2013 Declaration of Restrictive Covenant for the East Coast
golf course.
That covenant runs for 99 years and specifically identifies tract 59 as part of the restricted
use amendment identifies partial to the existing clubhouse property as tract 59 with the same stated exceptions and proposes residential development on that
Has the county attorney compared these two legal descriptions
and determined whether residential development on Partial 2, Tract 59, complies with a recorded 99-year restrictive covenant.
If that legal question has not been resolved, I respectfully ask this Commission not to approve PC26-5 until it has been reviewed and answered on the public record.
