And then nobody wants to do it.

If we still have a space, then that person can get another one at the next meeting.

But if there are others in front, then they should come because that's what's fair.

I would not know if I was the first one in or the other commissioner on

mayor would know.

So the mayor would know who comes first if it's the same topic.
