The day itself, yes, we must honor it.

I would agree with the motion to bifurcate.

And the reason is, again, the way that it's written, I think,

You can only do breast cancer awareness once ever.

And I think that we should be able to do certain things on an annual basis for organizational things.

And secondly, you have a motion to change proclamations from 10 o'clock to 9.30, which I think is a good idea.

And I want to support that part.

And that's why I'm suggesting that we bifurcate the motion

into two separate ones one is the part about you can only do it once and the second is change the time because i think that you'll have support for the time change um and i don't know if there's support for the one so

currently drafted is that you have the option of making it annual day that no longer has to come back before the board.

And the board can also bring things back.

So it's really just setting up a concept for you to just have an annual day for the cases that
