So this is the reason why other markets such as the Earth observation market are more sort of Wild West at the moment.

And it's going to take...

a number of years for the regulators to sort of coordinate and work.

And if you think about sort of closer to home,

Think about social media and how the regulators have been trying to regulate that, where they're collecting huge information about our personal everything that we do.

And regulation has been really focused on that for 20 years.

And I think we could argue that there are still massive holes in that regulation and it's not quite yet fit for purpose.

I think that this sort of space environment regulation, you know, is on a similar sort of time scale and trajectory.

And, you know, I think so that's got sort of positives and minuses.

But what's really happening in the reality of the world is that all of the commercial players recognize that if they're not good corporate citizens, that they are actually going to ruin their own commercial market opportunity.

So what you do see is the market largely behaving as good corporate citizens.

And then there are a whole range of new technology that is a real enabler for how this market is working.

So we've been investing in the foundational capabilities that really enable the sort of cooperative commercial use of space.

So let me give you an example.

So we've got this amazing company called Leo Labs.

Another Californian business.

And what they have is a broad range of ground-based radars.

And what these radars do is they look up into space and they can see something the size of a coin from a thousand kilometers away on Earth into space.

And that coin is traveling around our planet at 17,500 miles per hour.

And there's about 500,000 pieces of debris and satellites in the space environment.
