uh governments, uh I probably should say politicians, fiscal policy, you know, the policy of taxes and things that governments are responsible for and then and the also w the way Reserve Bank, for example, uses monetary policy, that's interest rates, how they basically and I have this conversation with lots of people, it's basically just trying to change your behaviour.
