And putting on my objective hat, I would assume from the perspective of many others in the world that this is what dysfunction looks like, is Israel and the United States, especially Israel, hate and are so terrified of Iran getting a nuclear weapon and attack Iran.
And then Iran, which hates Israel, says, well, these guys are going to attack us, so we need to get a weapon.
And now everyone is sort of reinforcing this.

I want to be clear.
I don't think that the two sides are equal.
I do believe everything I've read from ostensibly objective, well-informed and fair sources that the Iranian regime is brutal and terrible and treats people horribly and commits a variety of abuses.
I'm not saying that Israel has clean hands or the United States has clean hands, but Iran's regime is worse, I believe.
I could be wrong.
So I just want to make that clear.
Nevertheless, we are still these independent nations and we are engaged in what objectively looks like these dysfunctional behavior patterns where everyone does things that causes the other guy to attack or do things that bring an attack or do things that, you know, sort of invite an attack.
I just I don't understand how.
Oh, yeah.
