But nevertheless, that's an official act by Donald Trump.

So for Tulsi Gabbard to say, oh, this is a criminal thing and Barack Obama needs to be prosecuted for it, you can't.

And the reason you can't is thanks to the Roberts Court and thanks to the Donald Trump lawsuit that led them there.

So we'll put that aside.

From what I can tell, and I need to do more reading of the primary documents, including a House HPSI, a House Intelligence Committee report from 2017 that was unamended in 2020, and that was just released on Friday.

But all of that having been said is the best available evidence that I can see is that Tulsi Gabbard is conflating the idea that, oh, since the Russians didn't actually hack the tabulation equipment, therefore there was no Russian interference.

And as has been pointed out, even one of the Senate committees co-chaired or

participated in by then-Senator Marco Rubio, now the Secretary of State, says, no, no, Russia did interfere.

They did stuff, and they thumbed the scale in favor of Donald Trump more than of Hillary Clinton, hence the WikiLeaks hacking that occurred and the like.

I have yet to hear a compelling reason, and I didn't watch yesterday's press conference with Tulsi Gabbard.

Okay, of how they get out of that.

But to your point, this looks like a like a short term burn that they're hoping catches fire.

And I think the straw is just kind of kind of burn out on that.

I mean, it's going to go on for some time.

But the reality is, is like Donald Trump got ratioed on his own truth social platform over Epstein.

And he still does today where people are like, OK, great.

Release the Epstein files.

And it's not just liberals.

I don't think it's just liberals like piling on like, hey, I'm going to do it now.

A true social account just to troll the president.
