And I don't think there's going to be any proof that from any of her any credible proof other than from his own mouth that they forced him, threatened him, coerced him, got him to admit his responsibility when he didn't.

So where does this go?
You know, it's in federal court.
Um one point three million sounds like a lot of money, but for federal court that's a small amount.
He's probably facing a couple of years.
It's nonviolent.
He'll wind up pleading out.
Um he'll owe 1.3 million, which the government will never see a nickel of.
He'll wind up in a camp, most likely, um, with no bars, no nothing.
Most of my clients don't complain about the federal camp.
Um, he'll be released early, most likely, and go to a halfway house, and then he'll be on probation.
