Nobody sat us down and explained this to us.

What do we need to body cam prosecutors going into a room saying, Okay, let me explain everything to you here?

And victims are getting victimized all over again.
It shouldn't be coming from the prosecutor.
That doesn't fix the problem, Phil.
Number one, they'd be blindsided.
Those conversations need to be had before they get to court and tell them what the problem is.
They need to be having those conversations privately.
And then the second thing is when I was a prosecutor, oftentimes you can't really lay out in detail things like, I found the victim not to be credible.
I found that, you know, you're now you're trashing people in open court.
It's very dicey.
