So he was extremely qualified.
And again, she never saw the body.
And it's not just the broken bones.
It's the ligature mark on Jeffrey's neck doesn't really match up to the way they say he was found.
We were trying for almost four years to find out what position Jeffrey was in when he was found.
And we were not able to find that out until the Justice Department report came out about two years ago.
And the way they described him being found doesn't really match the marks on his neck.
So that's another question.
If you were hanging the way they said, the mark on your neck would be higher up under your chin and going up behind your ears.
More straight in the middle of his neck, more going straight back.
So if you were hanging the way they said, that's not the mark that would be on your neck.

You know, if it was a suicide, these things were pretty clear.
There wouldn't be all this ambiguity.
And, you know, one thing I wanted to say before you mentioned about the investigation, the thing is, there was no investigation because once they declared it a suicide, they stopped investigating.
Because there's nothing to investigate in a suicide other than the two questions, the how and why.
And the how is obvious when you come across a suicide victim.
So by declaring it a suicide, they never investigated this as a potential homicide.
So when they say after a thorough investigation, they determined it was a suicide, there was no investigation.
