Just because of what the the National Labour Relations Board is doing, uh it doesn't mean that employees have free reign to just go around and badmouth their their company and badmouth their co workers and their supervisors w with no fear of of of uh negative employment consequences.
So
Any kind of social media policy that prohibits offensive, unprofessional or or defamatory comments can still be enforceable if you kind of make sure that it fits within these uh
This uh National Labor Relations Act interpretation.
And and that's also important thing to to to make clear is
This is not the law.
Courts have really not looked at this yet.
This is an administrative agency making making this determination.
But
A couple of points to put in your social media policy if if you you know, if you have one.
If you don't you should.

One simple thing is have your policy acknowledged
the law.
