Facebook launched in two thousand four, you know, originally as a way for college students to keep up with their friends.
And uh now there there's not a major company that doesn't use it or some other social media in some way for marketing, uh advertising or or for job posting.
I mean you just look at LinkedIn, uh, you know, uh it amazes me how much of uh how much job searching and uh and job posting is going on on that.
And and you know, to the
i you look at just the the impact that's having on other forms of advertising, it's uh it's it's just immense.
Um
You know, I I I don't think it could be overstated just how how beneficial it can be to employers to to utilize social media.
