especially when one considers the other stadiums around the NFL that have moved forward with far less commitment from the team and from the league.

It's a source of concern, frustration, and opens doors legitimately that would otherwise not have been opened.

The idea of Northwest Indiana is now what I predicted to you that it would happen if Springfield didn't move forward.

I know pretty well after all these years.

And if there wasn't going to be any change in approach out of Springfield...

I knew this would be the result.

It is a legitimate option.

And the problem that Springfield will have is that the more that a Northwest Indiana option is explored, the more attractive it might become.

Well, a few things.

I haven't been involved in any of the negotiations, but to me, the most important sentence in this letter, and I read the whole letter yesterday.

To me, the letter is too verbose.

Honestly, there's one key sentence in this letter.

I'm going to read it to you.

We have been told directly by state leadership our project will not be a priority in 2026.

That is just irresponsible on the part of the state leadership.

That is just wrong on their part.
