I think there's two things that I disagree with.

I think number one, the appellate court may step in because they don't want to just let this be a mistrial.

This has taken over uh Massachusetts.

And another trial, I don't think that they're that anybody wants to see that.

Number one.

And number two, from all accounts, and I don't know him, Dave does, uh, this prosecutor, the elected prosecutor.

Prosecutor here is uh seems like a what I would affectionately call a rabid dog when it comes to these types of things.
