Yeah, I mean, what's so perplexing to me is every single case, maybe save two in 40 some odd years in federal court, you have to do a plea agreement that has a factual basis.
That's what's so frustrating sometimes about these so-called high profile cases is that they really don't bear any resemblance to what actually happens in a courtroom every day for decades.

In fact, I've often counseled the clients that I don't understand why you're fighting so hard for life without your better on death row.
If there's ever going to be any traction and actual innocence, unfortunately, the state of the law in a lot of jurisprudences isn't good enough.
I mean, there are the SCOTUS Supreme Court of the United States cases.
I was going to mention before, it's reminiscent of how the Epstein scandal started, because there were a couple of guys, ironically,
victims rights lawyers who invoked the victims rights that they were not consulted that started to unwind the whole process.
That's where we got to the Epstein situation that we're in now.
