And the Bears, who have already lost so much money waiting because the price of construction has only gone up since they bought that land at Arlington Heights, are going to go forward one way or another.

But the reality of the matter is either Illinois is going to do what needs to be done so that the Bears are building Arlington Heights or they're not.

And if they don't, the Bears do have a plan B. It is that honey bun I talked about.

Illinois wouldn't even be as far down the road as they are right now, whether it's the mega projects bill, the pilot, any of that stuff.
