I've seen a few over the past few weeks that Willie Colham, the head of refs, has tried to blood and give them a bigger atmosphere and I totally understand that you've got to do it.
It's like young footballers, but my God, some of them are miles off it.
They are miles off it.
And again, I'll repeat, the standard of refereeing up and down the country is totally unacceptable.
And right now, yeah,
you can see a howler and there's not been many howlers but you do see wee things in games you think just you know that's basic refereeing that you should be getting right and they're not getting it right and it's quite concerning about it and like I say the next wave coming through miles off it
they're going to be more and more under pressure.
You know what will happen, Mark, people will say you should declare who you support beforehand.
It happens in England.
They say who they supported when they were young.
Can you see that happening here?

Well, I mean, I think the clubs would, you know, have the option of putting something like that on the table.
I mean, I think we all speak to Celtic supporters, Rangers supporters.
and both sets of supporters would like to see it I'm pretty sure a bit of transparency I don't have a problem if that comes into the game it does happen in a lot of other countries it certainly happens down south so listen I wouldn't have a problem with it I don't know what Willie Collum would think what the SFA would think but I think you know all sets of supporters and like I say this is not exclusive to Celtic Rangers I mean I think every decision
last week at Ibrox, when it's Rangers, Kilmarnock, and it's Tavernier, on John Jules, David Dickinson's a referee, I mean, that's a decision, and that's not about, Rangers losing points, in the title race, to help hearts or self, that's about Kilmarnock, a club, fighting for its life, at the bottom of the table, where there's jobs on the line, and,
And that's a clear blunder with the benefit of VAR.
There's nothing there.
So like I say, too many referees coming through that are not up to it.
I think Nick Walsh is the best referee in the country by a distance, but he can't referee every game himself.
