And I said, they already did.

Sure.

As you said, back in October, there was that incident and nothing came of it in the Philadelphia area.

The district attorney had no issue with it.

There was no complaint from the Philadelphia PD.

Ultimately, the DOJ saw it as an opportunity post Dobbs, ultimately.

But I was served a target letter saying I was essentially like Don Lemon here.

I'll notice, but I got a target letter saying,

saying that I might be indicted.

And ultimately, I was post-ops in September 23rd.

It was a Friday morning at 630 in the morning where a heavy raid came to my home with about 20 plus federal agents and Philadelphia state troopers and Bucks County sheriffs who were all Philadelphia PD were there with M16 guns pointed at my wife, pointed at my kids.

Ready to arrest me without a warrant, which is what they said.

They didn't have a warrant.

They did ultimately, but they didn't produce it and just took me away in front of my children and charged me falsely with violation of the FACE Act, facing 11 years in prison and a federal government that has a 99% conviction rate when they come after you.

That's a great question, and we're still unpacking it essentially to this day.

You know, we've sued the federal government for this violation of my rights, and that's still playing itself out.
