And they're very strategic in how they approach this, the DOJ.

And let's be honest, there are deep state holdovers still in the DOJ that didn't want to give the Haab family any retribution for what happened.

But thankfully, the Trump administration, just as an aside, stepped in.

But here's the thing.

They're very shrewd in what they do.

So they applied two counts against me.

The first count gave me one year in prison.

But then they applied a second count

which was the same conditions of the FACE Act.

But because there was an altercation whereby I pushed the man away from my son, it fell under the category of assault.

And so as a result of that, that added another 10 years.

And so that's what they were banking on.

And obviously, you push somebody, it is assault.

simple assault, whatever, but there has to be motive.

And so that's what the government have to prove was, did I push him just because, hey, he was outside of an abortion mill?

No, I pushed him because he was harassing and bullying my son.

Like that was normal behavior, right?

There was a provocation there.

So, but that said, that's what the government did.

So I was facing 11 years.
