Yes, so our community partners who are located at the CRCs, we do, we engage with them regularly.

We have quarterly meetings with our partners for dialogue.

We also have, and that's like with a group of community partners, we also do individual meetings with our partners as well.

And partners have different schedules,

based on their availability so there are some partners that are at the crc five days per week roughly eight to five give or take and um there are other partners that are there more in a a varied schedule or say set times but one to three days per week so the numbers may vary across partners but we do regularly talk with partners and we've been really intentional lately about strategies

to make sure customers are aware of resources.

So we did a survey of customers this past April, and we surveyed about 400 customers in our CRC lobbies at VCW and EBS.

We wanted to hear, we shared, these are the CRC partner resources available.

And what services would you like to see additionally?

Interestingly, we heard that people really liked the services that are offered, but many people weren't aware of even the services that were already on site.

So it tells us let's be more intentional about communicating what's there in the plainest, simplest way we can just to make it understandable.
