And so that's why I do believe we are seeing these high numbers at EBS, seeing 609 customers just last Monday.
The ECRC would help to offset some of that high customer demand that we're seeing and serve additional customers, create greater proximity for the participants in each of these programs that are outlined in this chart.

you will see higher numbers of customers utilizing that center based on where they live.
So that is where a value is in creating services closer to customers' homes.
It does help increase access.
We just need to study that a little bit further before presenting some of those details.
But these are just program participation, whether or not they're coming to a CRC.
I expect that we would see more engagement at CRCs if, say, for example, East came online, more people in the East zip codes.

The question is which one of those CRCs would you build?
Would you build east or would you build southwest?
Given the fact that you talk about the amount of money that's already been appropriated for the east, the question for me is could you move that footprint for the east facility to the southwest facility?
