You hope he takes that step to being a guy that can actually make some plays.

Yeah, I mean, I think they got better news than they were expecting with Broderick Jones.

They like the way he's progressing.

I think they just have to hope he gets some strength back in his arms and power that was lost by his neck injury.

That's the only thing.

I think that's the only hurdle that they still have to left.

But I think they feel pretty good that he's going to be ready, too.

And he played decent last year, above average.

So they at least have depth on that size.

It might not be great.

That left side might not be great, but it's suitable right now.

He's going to tell you how it is, Bob.

He's not playing any games.

If he tells you one thing, that's what's going to happen.

I wouldn't misconstrue that with being an easy coach.

You know what I'm saying?

I've heard stories where he's told some players stuff that maybe they didn't want to hear.

So he's still a tough coach that's not going to let people walk over him, even though he seems like that nice, lovable guy.

guy that you can get along with.

I mean, I think he's very smart offensive mind.
