Um and so yeah, so uh we we got into it and as you guys know it's about nine days.

Um and yeah, the first day's just got you know a tremendous amount of activities, you know, uh running.

It's all sort of around the camp.

Um but you know, you do force uh

much I think it's like um eight K and then you do a Hare and Hounds is eight K you do a whole bunch of uh a running fitness test, a swim test and uh that that sort of works you out for the rest uh for the whole day.

And then uh you finish that and then they take you to classroom and you do medical um signal stuff just to keep you awake until sort of late at night.

at that stage all it is is that you're just in a classroom and all they're doing is just giving you exercises, teaching a bit about first aid and maybe going on uh radio.

Just anything to keep you awake and keep you uh sort of like, you know, not wanting to rest.

And then you finally get to the hit the hit the sack and then you're up really early uh on the trucks and then they have three days where you if Brussels at Port Waikata and they have a series of uh distances and um

So, you know, you start off and uh you don't have watches, so you just gotta okay, that's your next checkpoint.

And then you're pffff uh smoking along.

Uh so three days of that.

Unfortunately for me on the second on that first day, uh one of my boots blew out and so I finished the day bare bare feet and one you know, one boot was stuffed.

Uh so

But it's just all bloody terraform

Nah you gotta bring your own and and uh territorial guys uh like yeah no hopeless, you know we only had one set, you know, it was a regular force boys had two.

Yeah.

So we um yeah, so the next day uh one of the guys that uh come off the selection of course he gave me his boots and I chucked them on thought, oh a bit tight, but a way they'll do.
