Yeah, well there's a couple in the book but the first one was um you know my introduction to the SAS and buddy being a hostage and uh you know getting freed by the terrorists.

The the second part was probably one we'd talk about and um we we sort of just make it through in New Zealand.

But the one that was probably had the interesting more interesting of a yarn was in the UK when I was doing the twenty two SAS uh and right at the end of there, just before you get badge you do the escape innovation big run across uh

section of whales hunter forces chasing you and uh you've got to get to an RV and if you're successful there you go and get interrogated, you know.

So what are they

What do

There's a whole bunch of exercises that they people putting in stress positions and holding.

So it just changes all the time.

Do they physically noise?

Nah, they don't they don't.

In New Zealand there was a small one we did and they um yeah, they've thrown us off trucks and into the river and things like that.

Um but you know, like that was just that's just how it was, you know.

So um yeah, you just uh in real time.

Yeah, yeah, that's that was that was part of the CQB, uh the close quarter battle stuff uh training that we did in New Zealand.

Um they don't do it anymore, but I I thought it was great.

Um I didn't think uh I didn't think it was good at the time.
