But there are clearly persuasive arguments for making traitors free.

and making people pay for it.

They have to find a new funding mechanism.

I think the option will be somewhere quite recognisably close to where it is now.

But they have to be realistic and not hold out for the status quo because they won't get it, even with the same culture secretary.
