I left corporate after five years and I went into the field.

as a general manager and then a partner in a in a uh canonical franchise.

And then y I I changed my tune

And I said, You know, those guys are corporate?

They are idiots.

And that was it, right?

And that's where I started to learn this interdependence.

Um, as I became president, one of the best things I'd I've done in in thirty some years, Paul.

I became president and we would hear I would say i if we were having problem with uh one of our franchises

I would ask our our previous president

Or ask somebody else and they say, You know what?
