What we're working on now is is providing a stoplight system.

Uh a red, yellow and green.

and and trying to identify all four all for all fourteen things

where that franchisee is

Um in each one.

So is number one are are they red, yellow, or green?

Are they green?

They're doing the right thing, yellow, yeah, kinda.

Or red, they just aren't doing it.

And if we can do that with our franchisees

then they know exactly where they need to go.

and more importantly, we know exactly how we can work with them to accomplish those things.

And that's the difference maker.

I I I think from my standpoint too, Paul, because I was not in the glass business

I don't have any preconceived notions

of what's good or what's bad.

And so I really try and listen to the franchisees.

Now, that's not to say I don't make tons of mistakes.

You can't even imagine the mistakes I make.

But I'm good at listening
