And now we're going to kill precious floor time after the August recess because Doug Collins has not forcefully talked to House members to tell them about how great this bill is.

And meanwhile, Doug Collins is down in Florida yesterday at a military museum when the Senate was debating this bill.

What this bill will do is help codify President Trump's historic victories for veterans that, Steve, you and I saw in his first term, which was the VA Accountability Act and the VA Mission Act.
