NORAD says they dispatched F-16 fighter jets after a private aircraft entered what's considered a no-fly zone or a TFR, temporary restrictions, near where the president was.

No matter where the president goes, the FAA and Secret Service, they create these areas where they don't want any aircraft to be in.

What was more interesting in this case is NORET says the F-16s, when they got up next to that private plane, they had to dispatch flares to get the pilot's attention.

This aircraft was quickly able to get out of the area that the restricted airspace was in.

This is the second time he's been arrested for DUI.

Police say he passed a breathalyzer test, but also still appeared to be under the influence of either medication.

Woods spent about eight hours in jail, cameras capturing the motorcade of SUVs that took him out of the area.

Investigators say they did take steps to ensure that Woods was safe while he was in their custody, but otherwise was not getting any special treatment.

This all started around two o'clock yesterday afternoon when Woods apparently attempted to pass a pressure cleaning truck on a two-lane road.

Woods' car clipped the back of the truck's trailer, flipped over.

The good news, nobody was seriously injured.
