Um as I read this I

I generally understand.

Which is if a guy's got a single example I used earlier.

If a guy's got a hundred acres and he can cluster it and get twenty lots.

And the guy next door had a hundred acres, he put that in conservation usement last year.

And the guy with a hundred acres wants it wants to do cluster.

buys that hundred acres in in conservation easement and says, Here's my open space.

This says no, you can't do that because you can't double count.

Essentially dying double count of open space.

I get that.

That makes sense.

But the way this seems to be worded.

It would it would be unintended consequence.

of a person that has a hundred acres of their own.

And they want to put
