The language isn't quite get there because I think it hurt it could put unintended consequence of hurting the the landowner that wants to put a lot in the conservation easement, but still be able to count it as his open space for the remaining two lots.

And he'll go through the process, I only got credit for 18.

I didn't get credit for twenty.

I kept the two on my own.

And I want to be able to use the account the open space.

So I'm wondering is there a way to write the language to allow for that person to not be stuck?

And have no reason then to put his land in conservation.
